HOW DO WE START?

  • After choosing your package, simply click on 'Let's Get Started,' fill in the required information, and make your payment.

  • Once payment is completed, you'll immediately receive an email with an onboarding checklist outlining a few essential steps to get started on your videos!
  •  We've streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible, so you can start submitting projects right away.

THE ONBOARDING CHECKLIST:

1. An invite to our Slack server, where we’ll create a personal channel just for you. Easy, direct communication with our team is key to your success.

2. A link to your Golden Standard Form (a simple multiple-choice form) to define your preferred editing style, including fonts, colors, transitions, video length, platforms, and more.

3. A link to your personal Google Drive folder, which will house all your content and projects. In addition to the premium assets we use, you can upload your own stock images, logos, footage, and branding for inclusion in your projects.

4. A link to your project portal where you can request new projects, submit revision requests, approve edits, and access all your completed videos.

Why wouldn’t I just hire an in-house editor?

Bringing an in-house editor on board takes up valuable time. You invest hours, resources, and effort into the hiring and training process, only to end up with less than the results you hoped for. We save you that time, letting you focus on what really matters—turning your efforts into profits.

How long does a video take to make?

Typically, you'll have the first draft in your hands within 48 hours. Of course, this depends on factors like footage length, final video duration, any animations, the detail in your brief, and the complexity of the edit. Revisions? We’ve got you covered—those will be ready the next day, unless you're requesting a major overhaul or asking us to rework the entire video

What is the workflow like?

Once you subscribe, you’ll gain access to a ClickUp board where you can easily submit your requests. To get started, we’ll ask you to fill out a form and upload all necessary files.

Within an average of 48 hours, you'll receive your first edit via Frame.io. You can leave any comments or feedback, and we'll make revisions ASAP. This process continues until you’re 100% happy with the final version. Once approved, we’ll send you a download link so you can publish your video whenever you're ready!

Additional Workflow Details:
We’ll also provide you with a Google Drive folder to manage all your storage needs.
And, whether you want to give us full creative freedom or provide specific direction, our team will work to bring your vision to life!

What if I’m not happy with the edit?

No problem! With our unlimited revisions, we’ll keep refining until you’re completely satisfied!

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

You can make as many requests as you need!

With the Shorts and Lite packages, you're entitled to 1 request.

If you'd prefer to have 2 requests with your Shorts or Lite package, just let us know and we'll make it happen!

How does the pause feature work?

To pause your subscription, just deactivate any active requests and email us. We’ll keep track of any unused days on your package, and when you're ready to start again, simply activate your request, and we'll pick up where we left off!

Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?

Due to the effort our editors invest in every project, we cannot offer refunds once work has started. But if you cancel, we will refund you a pro-rated amount for the unused portion of your package.

What kind of videos can I request to edit?

- Anything under 3 minutes is considered short form
- Anything over 3 minutes is considered long form
- You can simultaneously request as many different sizes/ formats for your video as you need.
